To tell you the truth, theoretically, should be tax if parcel value include shipping fee, above RM500. But the truth is, it is depend on your luck of that day, if you are lucky enough, even your parcel worth RM2,000, you also will not get tax. But if you really unlucky that day, even your parcel only worth RM200, you also will kena tax.
