i have not seen the military seikos being sold in any shops as far as i've searched.

i personally have never seen any military style seikos, even the divers are rare, in malls. im not sure if u know of any of the "grey" market watches in and around kl. there are those old skool shops, i've heard, their prices are some what like on ebay.

as for profit margin, im not sure if its small, but on ebay, they go very cheap.

it depends on the back cover. since its a quartz, im guessing it has a snap on back coveR? or is it screw type? hard to say how the previous guys did it, or was it the case fault, etc..

but even u go to a seiko dealer, they'll do it for u there itself. i doubt it needs to be sent to thong sia lo.

sorry dude, i've yet to change a batt on my quartz. hehe. still going strong no idea how much a batt costs now

how's the coating on the seiko so far? resisting lotsa scratches?
