have you tried yahoo messenger or 'talk'? its still delay ( a lot) although its set till minimum amount to sync and i just conclude that WF not suitable for this type of application. I just tried it a couple of time though, with home wifi, full bar.

it's free men.. it only use gps without internet connection..

no problem with gtalk. i tried to setup up gmail with exchange server. then it will notify immediately.less than 5 sec. alahai. so sad la if it is because of the device.hmmm..

hmm.gif Applanet connection speed very low, update everyday some more, include today

if you are Chinese, go to china forum to find the apps better, i doing this

the best garmin is on garminasus A10. very fast lock to the satelite. inside house also can connect.

but papago also not bad. my wife's WF locks quite fast also. both using malfree maps.

so far mail not so important for me is just some promotion or game updates i using 3 apps mail for hotmail,gmail for gmail,and yahoo mail for ymail....lulz

Bro. do you think this is a better rom than the wildpuzzle 8011?.. i tried flashing my wf with the wildpuzzle rom. and for some reason .. the overclock kernel dont work. .. so i had to flash to a lower kernel (the 0500). any ideas on why a wildfire hp cannot overclock? should i try the cyanogenMod release rc2 just because its deepavali?

garmin is about 1 1/2 years behind time in features and updates when it's compared to papago in my opinion~ for maps, u can easily get both for Malaysia and Sg~

lol, luckily I don't really care about GPS coz for smartphones, the battery is more valuable~ using compass and navigatin with offline maps i think~

really?~ don't know much about garminasus but I sure have never heard of any gps signal under a roof~

wildpuzzle totally don't appeal to me and I conerted back within an hour~ it's slower whether I used stock kernel or overclocked kernel with variable speed~ totally upset with it~ probably just me being a total newbie with wildpuzzle ROM~

now best rom is CyanogenMod. they just release RC2. work perfect.
they release RC1 at 28/10
and RC 2 at 3/11
