QUOTE(koinibler @ Oct 4 2010, 05:17 AM) I buy ori set with SiS 2 year warranty with RRP price, RM1190 yesterday in KK. Not much different from the west. Just don't really trust salesman (pdaexpert, 1Borneo) that this model no longer available everywhere. Hate them when they talking something that they don't know. Its not in their shop doesn't mean that no others can have it. true that...those promoter and even shop owner like to bullsh*t customer....b4 i bought mine i went Digital mall survey to see got better price o not....to my surprise, all also sel above retail price and some even more than 1.3k |

1199 is RRP, Recommended Retail Price set by SIS. Seller can offer lower but it will eat up their profit (Most online seller can go below RRP coz of little overhead). More than RRP, you've been conned.
You can call SIS anytime to check the RRP so at least you know the ceiling price. This post has been edited by Bugeca: Oct 4 2010, 02:52 PM |

Guys, any of you try connecting your Wildfire with Ad-Hoc wireless connection thru a internet-connected PC (hot-spot)?
I've tested the whole morning, it's unsuccessful. Because Android can't connect on adhoc basis. Is there any better solution? FYI, my office does not allow Wireless router due to Fix IP issued for each person. Only way is to connect thru my notebook's internet. Well, you may ask me, why need internet on Wildfire, since already on notebook...because - Pingchat & Whatsapp social app in my Wildfire, can't connect from notebook. Please kindly advise any better solution. Using 3G or HSDPA is draining my battery very much. Tested, at home last Sat, whole day connected to WiFi, it's more battery saving compare to connect to 3G. |
