I have the chance to visit the Begonia showunit last Friday, since; people are saying that SG is kinda like a carbon copy for Park Residences.

The building itself looks pretty new age as compare with the other old building nearby.

The first impression when I walked through the main entrance is luxury, lavish design for the security booth, water front, at the lobby.

The show unit, is pretty big, 2k+sf, I’m not gonna describe the details, in sums, it gives pretty good feeling about the project,

I do understand that show unit might not be the end product. However, if SG in any how resembles Begonia, I have no doubt that it will be really good for own stay.

I’m glad that level 18 and those top floors open for sale only after show unit ready, because:-

(1) Price psf will increase, this is fair and justify for those earlier enrolment
(2) Show unit will looks appealing to attract buyers for these reserved and privilege units

But yours 400psf wo, the one i aim after discount only around 310 psf

I went check Begonia, its now 800psf. 

And the begonia showunit 2k+sf is with furnish is 1.5 million.

I dont see why we cant get 400psf
