SA told me the show room would be demolished end of May but apparently it hasn't happen. The way i see it, setting up another showroom after selling out most of the units is not making sense does it? But good if they gonna do it because buyers can sometimes go visit the showroom while waiting for their new homes to complete. We'll see.

ok. i got news for everyone, i heard that current showunit will get demolish and replace with showunit at either level 1 or 2. My guess will be Unit 9, since its near to the entrance.

Actually, i have 3 emails to UOA and get nil reply except auto generated reply.

UOA is not very customer centric, they fail to connect to their customer, just imagine this.

Where do potential customer go to, when they want to know more about SG? Google search will probably lead them to this thread.

Who made this thread? people, support from UOA? NIL.

They never feel the need to empower their customers with needed information, No proper channel for feedback, again, they really BAD in marketing.

I bet their house sell like hot cakes, but still, i feel UOA still lives in the old age and fail to live up with the new technology. NO facebook? Look at KP.

Actually what you mean by right track...

1. because bought a unit that we wont regret if we sell it
2. because we choose to stay, we are in a correct community with good ppl
3. because ppl who effort to buy are rich ppl

I am also thinking of how to modify my kitchen. Initially i was planning to do a wet kitchen but at the end thought perhaps not. If we are to cook inside the condo, i am afraid of the smoke and smell. The cooker hood provided i think is probably only good for filtering the cooking smoke. So my question is, would our deliveloper allow us to install the cooker hood with exhaust motor???
