to me it is not a good reference for skilling up
you don't know what is the lvl of synth
you can't arrange the required skill up and therefore this some what won't assist you

rank 20 leves have guildmarks.

i applied to no life but i havent receive any confirmation.....

when you reach rank 15, Rank 20 leve's will be available to you, but as what my LS's crafter team says, is very hard to get DoH Mark's then DoW/M. They all rank 29++ still cant get Mark's skills.
