So sad, my new toy is in Samsung Service Centre..... (really glad that I bought an ori set and haven't rooted my phone yet tongue.gif)

description of the problem I face
- suddenly the phone hangs frequently. Have to remove the battery to restart but will hang as soon as I put the back cover on.
- when charging overnight, the battery won't charge but will instead overheat.
- the techie told me that he will try to re-install android and see if it is a software problem, if not I will have to leave it there for 4 working days.

I am not complaining, just sharing with all what happen to my new toy phone and I am pretty sure that it is indeed a great for value phone

Sure does bro...go to...menu--settings--wireless and networks--mobile networks--access point names--select celcom 3G internet...change the name to Celcom 3G Internet--APN(celcom3g)--after that all the above listings u should leave it "none"--except MCC key in the number (502)--MNC(19)--authentication type(none)--APN type(internet) then click the far left button on yr phone to save.just click once...it will pop up a save icon...u are done in these section.

Then go back to APNs--choose Celcom MMS--Name(Celcom MMS)--APN(celcom3g)--leave all those things above (none)..except at the MMSC key in(http://mms.celcom.net.my)--MMS proxy(10.128.1.242)--MMS port(8080)--MCC(502)--MNC919)--authentication type(none)--APN type(mms)....save it then u are good to go... icon_idea.gif

blush.gif Difficult to judge the problem, there are many factors affect the result like location, weather, surrounding barrier, etc..........
