Added on October 19, 2010, 6:02 pmyou'll basically get a sharper image on the galaxy 5 compared to the wildfire, but one glance you can see the colors are not up to par like most phones ...another thing to note is the g5's screen is a bit on a yellowish side...not sure if its only my unit..but yeah, it feels like screen's from low end samsungs...but its still tolerable =), the closest image i can portray to you is to be staring from screens from low end nokia color screens...but usability is not affected...

just to tell you that according to benchmark, Galaxy 5's 3D can pawn many phone eventhose HTC Desire

if the froyo release, performance will up another 100%

^ haha, yea i watch those htc benchmark test vid, G5 definitely perform much better than other adreno 200 equipped phone. Due to smaller screen n lesser pixel to fill in.

Really hoping that G5 got Samsung..

yest i went and testdrive the phone. very smooth and nice, like it. got an offer of rm580, set comes with the white backplate. felt tempted to buy, but when i asked him is it come together with the 2gb microsd card, he said no. so is the microsd card bundled together with the set or otherwise?

nice price, but original is come with 2GB Samsung sdcard, your one is ap set?

he said ori set..1year warranty from samsung, but when i asked where is the 2gb card, he said no card given. that's y im puzzled..

RM580 is really cheapt liao la, although SD Card is bundle with the phone but he give u RM580 w/o SD Card is cheaper than other liao lo. 2GB SD Card only cost RM20-RM30. IF really original Samsung set sure can buy de cause u can claim warranty at any Samsung Service Center at Malaysia.

Added on October 20, 2010, 9:28 amI just install a system information software on my G5 and it say our GPU is ADRENO from Qualcomm, but it din mention wat model of ADRENO is built in on our phone.

anyone here using kies? how do i set g5 to kies insted of mass usb storage,where do i set it? i check at the setting,i dont see any option.

when you plug-in the usb cable connect with your computer, there will be a popup on your phone with the kis and mass usb storage options. you choose from there then you'll see it on your computer

thanks. kies says that my external memory is not ready,any idea why?

went back to that shop that offered me rm580, today he said rm680. wtf...can changed anytime. btw, i bought one at another shop at rm629 ori set. happy to be in the club. now wana hunt for screen protector and casing. any ideas?
