I have my 2 cens to share, old pp always said dun always go out at night if not we will get sick easily because too many 'dirty' things on the street night time.

In superstitious explain ghost do come out lot at night and most of us will walk through and not seeing them so of cause our "yang" energy will be lesser if we let them come across us hence we will easily get sick or meet accident at night (most serious accident are happen at night)

So today our medical technology is advance it can explain in the scientific way, during night time the environment temperature drop and difference than day time, human antibody also will be affected by the temperature so we will easily attacked by virus, this is more worst when normally night time human like to go place with air-condition with packed of human exp. Cinema, clubs, pubs pasar malam and etc. this give more chances of we get attack by virus from others.

After the whole day time hard work human usually are tired and need a rest but we not rest and hangout night time so our body get weak this is another important fact that we will sick, so normally night time we will hangout at place with food, mamak, restaurant , cafe that we can easily consume over nutrient like fat and sugar after long term sure our health will be affected.

So not enough rest, consume over diet, expose to virus environment with the low temperature are the cause of let us easily get sick. This not yet include the drugs or alcohol effect that we all know can cause the serious accident happen, tired after all day work sleepy as well will cause accident happen.

from this we know how and why the ancient religion explain all today scientific fact, alot of religion practice cannot be really explain but dosen't mean they are fake, just the matter of time to proof it or how to translate it in modern way.

I had once experience sleep at hotel like "they" press me on the bed,  i went for a working trip alone and sleep at the same hotel room, nothing happen with me after i stay in the room for few days, i am not the first time stay in this budget hotel suddenly one night i asleep while watching DVD using my laptop but all the light in the room was turn on i actually feel i'm sleep but my eyes clearly still can see my room around but i cannot move and cannot talk or shout, i remember when i awake i open my eye but i can't move then i start thinking must be disturb by "them" i try to look around my eyes ball still can turn my room light all still on, nothing inside my room and not herd any sound around just cannot move any of my body except eyes i try to close my eye and open again few time still the same, at first i was thinking must be i am too tired so i let my self like this the bed for few min. but still the same and my condition not getting better, so i can't wait any more i afraid forever i will become like this on the bed,  then i try to spell of " Namo da bei guan shi ying pu sa" but my mouth cannot move and can't speak any, i try very hard few min. to shout out in very blur voice of " Namo da bei guan shi ying pu sa" with " A mi to foh" finally i can heard my voice very blur then slowly i get back my feeling of my body and start can move slowly, all this taken me about 10min all the 10min my eye is open and look around. 

I had heard this happen from others few time but this is the first time i feel it my self, after this i go do basic body check up luckily everything normal, that actually happen at mid night around 3am after i gain back my body i wake up drink a glass of water got to toilet wash my face every thing is normal then i sleep back with the room light all on, i continue to stay at the same room never change because i had stay at the hotel many time in different room so far nothing happen and for the remaining day at the same room but nothing happen. After i come back my colleague turn to the working trip also stay at same hotel but different room, he is first time stay the hotel the first night he aldy say like got some one push him down to floor from bed around 3am   then he request to change room, but this never happen to me except the above mention in once only. 

That time i was chasing the famous Drama "Three Kingdom" in the whole week working trip at night watching on my laptop in the room i was thinking maybe they feel the "Guan yu", "Zhang Fei" in the laptop disturb them in the room    so they give me some sign by pressing me on the bed.

My mom got “harassed” by a spirit once when she was young (living in kampong). She said she just felt really ill and cold and everything she see is slanted so she was not able to walk properly. Initially the family thought my mom was sick but it did not seem right even after a few days, so they brought her to a medium. The medium told the family that a spirit decided to play a trick on my mom and harassed her, and luckily it was not harmless. The medium even said the spirit is of an Indian woman’s and “hooked” (lack of better word ) onto my mom when my mom was in the woods in the kampong.  The spirit probably went away after that.

Another similar story I heard from my mom, happened to one of our distant relatives. This woman was a Christian and had a young daughter, probably around 6 to 9 years old. One day the daughter fell really ill too, fever I think, and the mom just thought she was sick too. However, it lasted for a really long time and other relatives tried to persuade her to go to a medium instead as they think the girl could have been harassed by an evil spirit instead. However the mom being a Christian refuse to believe in mediums and spirits and stuff, and soon the daughter passed away. She was devastated. Only after the death of her daughter she consulted a medium with her relatives, and the medium told her if only she had approached her earlier, her daughter could have been saved … turns out the daughter met an evil spirit on her way home from school, passed by a banana tree. The female spirit waved at the girl and tried to take her away … and succeeded.
