hmm to me, he is just playing weirdly... not sure is it a communication problem that having him play like this. as a AM, he should be more in the box and running with the ball, with through passes. he is not fit for CM or DM as he's physically not able to hold the ball, and to me his worst is his awareness. the coach and staffs should be able to pick this up and point out to him, but doesn't seems that he is. he always lose the ball cheaply and cause of defenders hell.still think he is not really the game at all, as Mikel or Essien there, he should play more upwards or sideways rather then in the middle. if you notice properly, mikel dont really pass the ball to him. not that i want to bash him, just that even he is young and needed better coaching, he still need to learn it himself and improve his weakness or use this advantage of speed, just that at some or most of the point, he is not doing well at all.
