brightstar will accept overseas set for playbook when u wan claim warranty? someone said RIM handles the warranty, true, but brightstar in malaysia will have to accept it from you to send it for warranty claim right?

I don't like the review in page 36 because it clearly shows how stupid the reviewer is. In his haste to bash up PlayBook, he or she had forgotten a few things.

1) The PlayBook is a PROFESSIONAL GRADE portable tablet. Apps for email is pretty irrelevant because if it ain't broke then don't fix it. The browser in PlayBook runs not only HTML5, but also flash natively. That means when you enter email sites like GMAIL or even your own TMNET mail, its supposed to work the way its supposed to. All in that 7-inch screen.

I wonder how he could miss it.

2) His stupid rant about Android apps 2.3 support only. If he was a little bit more hardworking and a little bit more intelligent, he would have figured out that:

A) most android apps are written in 2.3 build.
B) Google has not made Android 3.0 open-sourced.


So much for his intelligent review.

im sick to keep waiting for playbook to arrive for asian market especially our beloved boleh land.

The teaser really work now i still comparing price for ap set or buy direct for US webstore.

read and watched many reviews for this playbook,and its really seduce me to own it ASAP. I dont know whether i can hold it by waiting original set to land here

Nope there is no International warranty... US warranty in US only.. If all are International warranty unit people no need to wait can buy now immediately from us..
