You must use the latest App World.

Go to My World. Then select refresh list. You'll see the new Bridge.

Can't seem to do a fresh re-install of my PB OS... anyone can help?
*
Can't do fresh reinstall.

Just do a hard reset. Hold down power and both Vol key. Reset to factory default.

I found a bug with the playbook on latest 7971 firmware.

Pressing Standby from "Power Off" icon on app tray causes restart. Able to replicate this 10/10 tries.
*
May be just you.. I don't have this problem on my PB.

Power Off will really power off your PB and stay off until you press the power button. Then it is a 3 mins boot.

Good news. Read from Crackberry.com. New OS2.1 + Bridge will at least support

1. SMS over bridge. Now you can read email, BBM and SMS over bridge. Wonder when they'll add in Whatsapp and other IM stuffs? But it at least fixed 66% of my IM apps

2. Bridge over WiFi. So now when you are at work/home with your BB and PB both on WiFI, bridge will work. No need to turn on bluetooth like so stupid..

And many more...

I guess..
- Eastern Language input (Chinese etc...)

Apparently Pacemaker is not a production app, it is used on the go instead of being able to record what did you do.

So everything is 'live', you play it and that's it. There is no record function in pacemaker at the moment, not sure will they implement it in the future, but I am sure you can line in into your PC and record it like that.

I am not good in music and these stuff so i just play it myself, don't really have any awesome works haha
*
Woah,, spending US$20 for an app just to play..

Normal stereo splitter will just work fine.

Nowadays the smartphone user won't care if it is iOS, Android or others.

They only care if their social apps are available on that platform.

So if BB10 launch with Whatsapp, Line, Viber, Skype and a handful of current mainstream tablet game it will be the very strong contender.

Also the battery has to outperform iOS. BB user don't carry a portable LiON charger.

Current Java based BBOS can't match iOS, Android and WP7 phone in term of user experience.

BB10 will have to change that landscape. Only with a refreshed user experience then BB has a chance.

WP has the chance before but their app sucks when WP just launched. RIM is not making that mistake.

We'll just have to wait. For me, I am not buying another BB phone until BB10 is out.

Any other charger will do. Get the Samsung tablet charger (the bigger Amps the better).

It just take a bit longer to charge.

I use my HTC charger (1A) normally charge overnight.

Meaning something else is wrong. If it is still under warranty, send back for repair. I don't have issue using any of the old BB/Samsung/HTC charger.

A bit heavy especially the pod, but solid

get back home, plugged-in and now my PB is alive once more.
Full charge just take about less than 2 hour  rclxm9.gif
Now, when not using, I put PB as side table clock  icon_rolleyes.gif
[attachmentid=3020630]
p/s: might want to get adapter as the pin is US standard

Nice.. I wanted to get this before but after I have my convertible case, I feel that is leceh to take out the case to charge every time.

Thing about the wall plug rapid charger though, the one that doesn't use the USB connector to charge.
