N97 and N900 both running two different OS

N97 - Symbian
N900 - Maemo

I used N97 before i can say what u faced on N97 u wont face on nokia n900 except some minor flaw. Read the front page and 33 things n900 capable of

The common annoying frustration

Pros
wont lag like N97
N900 Really design for multitasking
Integrated contacts with IM on n900
Wont face memory low issue on n900
Amazing camera wont face issue like white flash - Sample photos by n900 Click Here
Capable to overclock up to 1ghz processor from 600mhz (n97 only 434mhz fixed)
Can run youtube files direct from browser without 3rd party on n900
High screen resolution pixel so website easier to see compare to n97
Better speaker output compare to N97
Better build compare to N97 more solid

Cons
Limited games/application
Cant install apps from symbian or java
Battery life weaker than N97

For more info please refer to frontpage sir http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1578133
Thanks and we look forward for you to join us

thanks aspire2oo6!

yeah, i read the front page before i posted at there...

is there any design flaw like what happened on N97? because my place dun have ori set, so most prob going for AP set...

and also, is the wifi stable? because my n97 vy unstable sad.gif

and what is the efficient charger differ from normal charger? i tot n900 battery can last longer than n97... that is the only bad thing i can see...

As i would you say the only design flaw is battery life dats all..

Nokia N900 - 1320 mAh

Nokia N97 - 1500mAh

so capacity itself N97 battery life is better.

Design flaw like?

oh, the design on the phone itself... like n97, the lenscap which is there to protect the camera lens will scratch the lens! and the chrome paint will drop...

another thing is, is the wifi stable? because my n97 line very unstable sad.gif

make me dun even wan to connect at hotspot...

n900 got the lens cover like those sony, you snap out the cover, camera will on, snap in it is off,
and I don't think N900 will have the design flaw like N97, check all the sifus photo, they never scratch the lens for extensive use
