Me and my wife work nearby, so come in the same place, and walk to office.

Kuchai Lama to Golden Triangle using Smart Tunnel(avoid traffice jam) early morning - 15min to 30min and go back after 8pm take 20min.

The most important is the location where we work , where we stay ( distance) and traffice we use. flex.gif

Retire early -get out from monkey show but do the job like Top management - got horse to point to do, while got chances

My financial aim - Ever month aim to save arnd rm1k and never spend on my Bonus.

on the contrary, I save and invest my monthly excess cash, and use bonus to cover "holes". rationale being, monthly cash flows are predictable, whereas bonus is not fixed.

Just swiped card overhaul my dad's car for RM7.5K. my 2012 bonus is officially finished cry.gif

Hi Felix,

You in service field? Like in IT. Just my guess. My friend did his investment early before I knew him. So, should have no problem for his retirement plan.

I am trying to save a monthly RM2K - RM3K and yearly bonus and dividend to go unit trust. smile.gif

Hi guys...
I worked for one and half year, but until now I don't have any saving.
All my income go for car loan, house rent, credit car(petrol, phone),facilities.
I wish to invest such as UT... But first to first, do not have any saving, how to invest on these all?
Do you guys have any recommendation on earning some side income?

Do not say that you cannot invest if you have saving or money?

Do you contribute to EPF first? If yes, you can always start from there first.

Next will be to outline your cash flow (inward and outward) and from there, start to reduce or chop off unnecessary expenses for saving.

If nothing can be eliminated, then you should start to consider on how to increase income. Perhaps, additional part time job.

I have try to cut off my expenses. But saving little by little seem like too slow for me.
I try to get part time job, but I have no idea on what part time job should i get.
My working time is from mon to sat. I dont have any time to go for part time, unless some part time that can be done online or thetime is flexible.

Hi, just now the guy asking,

viva 1.0 auto, but i think only 3 years warranty, that's why i hesitate. 5 years warranty can ma? And choice between EZ and Elite?

Back to topic.

For EPF, can I do something like this?

1) withdraw money from Account 2, invest in UT.
2) few months later, withdraw that portion from UT for cash use =D

For Viva question, I didn't purchase the EWP neither. Standard should be 4 years and EWP gives an extra of 2 years. To reduce big lump sum service/repair, I recommend you to periodically send your car to repair even though your car hasn't reach time mileage or date timeline. The EZ and elite difference are mainly differ in face lift and accessories.

Next on EPF thing:

1. You can do that provided you have excess.
2. You're not allowed to do that. Any proceed from repurchase must go back to EPF.
