V.persie out for at least 3 more weeks or mid November. Really frustrating to see him in such state.

Srna rates Arsenal over Barca

Shakhtar Donetsk captain Darijo Srna believes Arsenal are better than Barcelona on current form.

Arsenal host 2009 UEFA Cup winners Shakhtar in the Champions League on Tuesday night with both sides looking to preserve 100% records in Group H, but Srna believes his side face a massive task in trying to defeat one of the most dangerous teams in Europe.

"They are a very quick squad whose offensive players are really strong and aggressive," he said. "I would say they are performing even better than FC Barcelona now.

"But we are also a good squad with strong players. Shakhtar always create lots of attacks but, perhaps, there will be less offensive action here in London."

Arsene Wenger is also expecting a hard-fought contest but feels a victory at Emirates Stadium will all but put Arsenal through to the second round.

"In this group until now you had 12 points at stake - six went to Shakhtar, six went to Arsenal," he said. "That means what is at stake is the qualifying and also the top of the group, which is why it is a very important game.

"It is a key game because it gives us an opportunity to basically think we have qualified. Shakhtar are on a good winning run - they are dominating their league, they have just won 3-0 at Braga.

"We are on our toes. We know that only a great performance will win us the game."

Former Arsenal striker Eduardo is set to make his a return after joining Shakhtar in the summer, and Wenger says he was disappointed the Croatia international could not fulfil his potential with the Gunners.

"I worked very hard to get him here and he left with the feeling that he could not completely fulfil the promise he had in the first season," Wenger said.

Fabianski did his job to cover for Almunia in the past few games already.

Anyway, who is staying up late until match time? laugh.gif

Aside from Nasri 1st shot and goal, i really feel he is a spectator in the game. I don't see much of him at all. Mostly i see is Fabregas and Wilshere passing to each other like North and South pole of a magnet.
