Err.. Cant rly rmb, doubt it though. I thk even if there were, it would be like the duplex or larger build up units that were out of my budget lol..

Mine was a drop out unit so was kinda lucky. Most of the studios are sold out or office tower and pool facing.. Mine was the last one facing mv so had to settle for low floor

U r lucky to get the one facing MV. Somemore not the lowest floor. 12 is good.

Which type u r buying? A, B1 B2 ...etc?

I personally like this place very much but can't afford to buy 1....

Second phase will b more expensive in term of $ psf...

Anyone know purchaser mostly buy for investment or own stay? The price is extremely high! But is normal for such location. Just wonder how much rental can hit if rent it out and who can afford.

Mid Valley is an exceptional place where the existing hotels and serviced residences are doing well at high rental prices.

You'll be surprised there are quite a number of MNCs here, alot of outstation Malaysians/Sarawkian gathering point (haha) and alot of Singaporean tourists here. All-in-all, it seems to be the "hub" of things.

In fact mid valley has a lot of Japanese company...

I'm looking Pantai sentral park will build the same concept as Mid valley and share the traffic in Pantai Dalam if MRT station confirm there....
