How big is mid valley? Close to 1.8mil nla.

Like that orchard road all malls die qua lioa only the fitness will survived? How? Put barricade to block shoppers to go to one and others?

Klec retail is just serving its own office crowds basic need... For example lunch... Or quick Grocer shopping before going back home... Klec is adding more value in sense of office crowds and future residential... Also the direct lrt link will bring crowds from elsewhere... MV should be very happy IMHO.

I think KLEC will be complementing MV and vice versa.

Is more interesting to see how you blanket your judgement of low rental rate on weak / strong holding power just because of what you "last remember"... seriously?

So according to your logic, if a development has all strong holding power owners, they should should be able to command whatever rental they like with no regards to market demand / condition? whereas as long as rental rate drops, it was because of the owner is weak in their holding which is why they choose to rent lower and lower..

Went to EcoCity mall last Saturday afternoon. The place is dead. Guessing 50 people in the whole mall, most of those at the five coffee shops. Jaya Grocer (whole of level 2 - big area) about 5 customers. Lots of fresh food going to be dumped - sad really.

Even once the new footbridge to The Gardens is open, I can't see a massive influx of customers - everything you need is at MV, why go further?

Management should give free parking to attract customers.

Need more time to be fully opened? Or just cannot fight midvalley?

Rent will go up eventually it just a matter of time

If I were to choose to visit this area with either an LRT or KTM, I'd choose the former. More efficient and faster.

Hard to get inside that place.. had to pusing pusing till mom also cannot recognize.

Damn puki this place. first time waze guide me there to avoid jam. end up missing exit to turn into MV 2 times!!! 2 fucking times!!! Merging lane dunno where start. Exit lane dunno where start. That day macam damn tu kau lan after enter this place.

The access to there is also totally WTF. Waze also cannot help you because lose signal in there. Really a maze - you can get lost in there
