i know this is not the thread but would like to know (in the eyes of klecocity buyer), what do you think of KLgateway at kerinchi selling at 800pqf? 2 stop from Hukum Abdullah station...

simple question, if you are looking to rent a unit, which one will u go to? KLEC or KLGateway?

Sentral is good too .. price almost same as Kleco.. different is transportation vs megamall. If i have extra $$ i will go for sentral too

KLEC Excellent project, but price at high side, holding power have to be super strong.

Flipper will find it hard to make money. Anyway, investor can consider to buy upon 2015/2016, by then should be many highrise available @ KL.

Agree ... There will be too many VP 2015/2016.. Too many choice for them (buyer or tenant) to choose. It will be survivor of the strongest holding power.

Bought this because of the concept, and high floor unit with good view. Can get good rent or sell at high price is not my concern.

Read from another forum and someone posted about SPS changing plan not to launch tower 2 but the service apartment next year. If if this is true, any idea why developer wanted to delay/change launching? Good or bad?
