Friend bought that place and renovated it

I just help him install state of the art high fast broadband , ip camera and super fast high wifi there :-)

How about for residence? Like Vogue size 710sqft 1 bedroom unit. How much rental able to fetch?

Most sp and eco properties overpriced d..

Rental super low.. cant cover installment..

Their advantages being

*top developers award here and there
*customer service
*branding only

but actual fact

*smelly toilet
*defects here and there...
*expensive maintenance fee
*low appreciation value
*low rental yield

and etc..

The turnel towards mall from highway really rundown... Is like still under construction... Unven road surface, dark, water stagnant... 🙄 Really not match its name called luxury property

Occupancy in Vogue has picked up and yields are slowly improving. while the mall is a dissapointment, connectivity to the LRT and KTM is fantasic.
