new ipod touch 4G user report in

i go to lowyat apple store ..they say alrdy sold out...yesterday..but after asking again...the guy say..can go other apple store try...so me and my friend go to lot 10 there get mine

also get a cover that come with a screen protector(anti finger print and normal) i choose anti finger print...and i read and heard ppl say the earphone not good..for me hor..ok ar..acceptable..dont see where is the problem...and JB is available now??? but i dont seems to find it anyhwhere

PS: just i use my home wifi can go FB and other but not facetime =,=!! keep saying check my network connection

My Settings keep crashing, when I tap the settings icon, the settings come out then it crashes back to the home screen.
How to fix this ?

Running iOS4.1 not jailbreaked.

EDIT : It's working again after I plugged into my PC and run iTunes.
