Tried to upgrade my ipod 4th gen to ios 6.1.2 half way downloading my whole pc hang. Reboot. Then my ipod juz went into recovery mode. Tried many ways to escape fr recovery mode (eg, hold home key + power) but all unsuccessful.

Tried to restore but when I downloading the ios halfway juz prompt msg network error. MFF took me almost 4 hrs for DL abt 4 times but all unsucessful.

I got a new ipod 5G and pair with gmate and its working like an iphone now:)

i'm still looking for someone to fix le home button...

Im using ipod touch 5g partner with gmate and its working fine. Its like an iphone now. I can use also the internet but only supports edge
just you need to jailbreak it.

Hi everybody,

I think I am currently in a deep crap. My Home button was broken (stuck) and during reset process, my iPod stuck and I don't know what to do now.

I'd plug in to computer and it won't detect anything. Currently my iPod screen showing a circling round without any improvement.


Anyone can assist me on what to do now?

i've had my ipod touch 4g for 2 years dy. and now suddenly the home button mati/ unresponsive. i've tried calibrate but nothing. anyone have any tips?

Great. Dropped my iPod Touch 4G into water on Sunday and it pretty much "drowned". Won't turn on even after 48 hours buried in uncooked rice. Might have to put a big hole in my pocket to fix it. sigh.

I'm planning to switch from iPod 4 to iPod 5. May I know if its possible to transfer all my music from the old device to the new one without anything getting messed up?
