Noisy like how noisy ? Maybe it is tappet alignment. My case last time, I did an overhaul but did not came back there for tappet alignment. Then some time later, tappet goner, engine gone and overhaul again, at which should have engine transplant instead. But back then, I'm a total noob and in need to use the car, so no problem.
