Maxis sucks big time with this launch. They were lacking of organization, crowd control. The launch party isn't a party at all, just a holding area and we had to wait almost 2 hours in there. The lines were miles long because they can only fit a small crowd inside. They obviously don't know how to cope with the big crowd. They also have problem with the numbering when i was there and slow printer.

They have 60 counters and 10 of it is for activation. That leaves 50 and averaging 15 minutes per person, it would require them 5 hours to complete 1000 customers. Good luck for those going tomorrow.

They have microsim at the counters. They can cut for you

Maxis provides free micro sim, but u can ask them to cut your existing sim if required.
