I was at 3470, was quite pointless, when i see the number moving about 30 number per 30min. Then i notice 3250-3280 totally missing.
Well, some customer was much later than us, got their phone about two hour earlier than me. I think either there is some privileges going on or ppl just perform magic.

Was queuing up for two hours. When entered the hall that time, it's pure mess. It's four hours waiting. I found out counter operate differently. If you end up in counter 1-15++, they dun release the phone to u immediately. Some funny system going on. Was totally speechless by their slowness. I even have to calculate the total of my payable for the phones to show the counter servicing lady(she took ten minute. using computer and calculator). end up 1 hour waiting for her to process.

I'm not sure if u can change the time slot reserved. But one thing for sure, the email reservation number is a JOKE! they dun verify it at all! When i pick up my 32gb, they were saying 32gb will be out of stock soon, left 10 only. I'm not sure that was just for the midnite allocation or not.

They served water and some snack in midnite Q. Really appreciate that. They should have it in all session gua.

robinlim, wise choice u made. At first i tot entering hall is safe. But who know it take another 4 hours. They really need to improve le.

Wow, u are super lucky. My case is 45min, din hog the counter at all. All form filled up. Pass credit card and ic. The lady was super slow, took her 10min to calculate the amount And other time I dunno wat she doing.
