I just got a call from Maxis and the staff told me that the queue in Gardens is too long and ask to collect the phone from Sunway Pyramid on Sunday instead.

They shouldnt allow customers without booking/confirmation id to enter the ballroom. If so whats the damn use of the booking no#??

Hello guys, my slot is in 2pm ~ 6pm can I go there at 3pm and collect the number, and ask the Maxis representative to contact me if my number approaching? Or we must queue there for hours?
