Just got my phone at around 11.30am after queuing since 7.30am. Had some debit card problems so had to go out to the ATM to sort it out first (malu) but after that was quite okay. Only thing was my plan had to be upsized to ivalue 50 + idata 50 and the person at the counter did not know that so 30mins wasted there. Not too bad.

there was a guy that was beside me who kept insisting on something that was different from the internal records of the staff and that took him more than an hour. The funny part was he asked a lot of unnecessary questions to the staff that he could have found out along the way.

The maxis staffers were quite helpful and polite except for the 1st guy who layan me (with the rejected debit card) he looked really pissed and all and told his colleagues that debit card cant be used (................) but it was due to me forgetting to set my credit limit after that it was okay.
