When u wake up drink a glass of water.Breakfast. Fill ur stomach 2/3, never leave the table with a full tummy. Dinner always before 7 PM .A little bit of chocolate or fruits won't hurt and keeps you going. Get a glass of water if you can't stand.Always sleep with an empty tummy.
Say no to munchies but some cookies will quench your hunger for a while.
I'm sure you will lose some 3-5 kg in 2 months time. Try it with some exercise. I'm sure you can make it up to 10.
Less sugar helps. Mix some water with your favorite drink if its too sweet. Get used to it this way.
