im also supplementary for family plan ( 50 + 30(me))

so when i asked if i can just jump like that to ivalue..=cannot because ivalue is the main..so i need to go out first ..

got option :

1) main line (ur dad/awek/wife) CALL maxis center..kick u out..then its ok..but u need to subscribe ivalue with NEW NO. (of course nooo)
2) main line come with u to maxis center..kick u out..then u can subscribe ivalue with SAME NO. (so leceh need to bring ur main also)
3) main line call maxis center..said wanna SWAP ( i now become main..they become supplement ) <-- this what i choose ..summore FOC

I have already asked maxis , and they said i'll only get free 500mbX12 months if i buy the iphone4 through my hotlink number . So that's why i cannot buy from others that are selling in garage sales and have to wait for the phone to be restocked in the maxis centre
And yeah , others have already confirmed it to rest assured what I said is true .

cool man. U can just swap between main n supplementary without going to MC? That's cool man, I didn't know that. N some more it's free, even better. But why the MC told me For this option, they can't do it that's y I have to opt to get out of my supplementary line. Sometimes maxis very confusing.

yerp sometime they are confusing..in maxis ..i asked 2 different person..and also called maxis helpdesk for 2 times also for confirmation..then just swapped..

And i'm worried on the unexpected charges from the exceeded data usage from Maxis, what you guy think? Seems a lot complaint on that

I'm also worried about that too. That's why i'm considering buying it outright. Really don't know if im to take ivalue 1 or outright.....

Go to Gardens Maxis Centre and tell them that you are entitle for the 500MB data free since you bought outright purchase..Try to talk to someone that is on a higher rank..These normal customer services people are not helpful at all..
