I have a question: 3 of my family members own a family package. They're currently paying RM 150 for a main line and 2 supp lines. Is it possible to upgrade one of the supp lines to iValue 2 and still maintain the family package? In other words, all 3 lines will share the RM 155 amount.

I'm about to go and ask them myself, but I'll appreciate any answers.

According to a Maxis representative at Gardens, there are some who are queueing up for collection on another day. I don't think they allow that anymore though. A guy at TTDI told me that the iPhone 4 isn't open to booking. Can anyone confirm?

According to a Maxis staff—and this guy didn't seem like your average newbie—stocks have already been placed at various Maxis Centres for the nationwide launch tomorrow.

I recommend going to one of the other Maxis Centres other than TTDI, Gardens or Pavillion to pick your phone up.

Isn't it supposed to be on a first-come-first-serve basis? At least that's what two Maxis representatives told me today.

How does buying a contract at a MEP work? Will they process everything or leave Maxis to do it?

What time does the center open? I think the majority of centers would be less populated today since a lot of people are also working.
