i since last day afternoon no useing symbian aready...(cause trading my e72 to motorola milestone xt720)..the android frist feeling giveing to me is....its juz like an apple os but its more popular and not juz 1 brand of phone juz can use (no like apple) and i found many app in android market and i can see a lot of app inside the App store too....symbian was begin to failed cause it Ovi store not perfect eought compaired to android and app store~and more important ...almost 90% app in android market is FREE!!!

Not exactly more popular. I'm pretty sure more people are aware of iPhone than Android.

I'm pretty sure more people are aware of iPhone than Android. i think he meant more opened since more manufacturer are using Android, but iOS is only used by Apple. the top guy at Nokia just changed, hopefully there will be some new changes in their OS that allows more competition in the market. As this will most likely benefits us as the end-user.
