gather the con evidence such as bank slips, phone message and others to help u guys easily for doing the tracking.

One possible way of getting back your money is. Wait for him to sell another item. Use another account to get him to COD with you. Brings your friends. Get it done. Its pretty much involves violence but hey! He deserves it.
