Yes, MIUI doesnt work with HTC Sync because it is an AOSP rom~~ More modification than others AOSP rom...
not related to htc or any other rom...thats why htc sync doesnt support...
it is not possible to get it work...

I see. Thanks for the explanation. I am managing my contacts with Gmail Contacts now.
Thank you.

Also notice the SMS interface looks good, I can finally discard Handcent SMS.
But when I received a sms from a number which I have not saved. Later, I saved it as name "XYZ" but it is not smart enough to appear in the SMS. Still appearing as numbers..

Well thanks for your input.

One other big problem is that when we removed an app, the space on home screen becomes blank. Any other app we install will not take up the space making lots of gap in between.

Any auto sort?

Personally, I think miui is a fantastic rom. I've tried leedroid, auraxtsense, cynogen, etc and always felt they were too ' heavy'. This is the first rom that made me feel it is ok to live without sense.

Compared to others, miui is relatively new but I really like it.

I'm with MIUI too but radio is 32.44. Will update tonight. This rom is light and fast and the interface looks goods too! Unlimited home screen? I already have > 10!

Too bad my titanium backup didn't install do couldn't restore. Now that I got my contacts on Gmail contacts. Happy to live with this for a while. Just hope for more enhancement along the way.

Sien with Sense!

ehh.. i heard they said miui save battery compare to auraxtsense?  aha.. draco said different.. so how was it for others who used miui based on battery usage  smile.gif

Sincerely think that the batt performance is good. Sense rom versus vanilla UI rom, obviously that non-Sense (nonsense? Ooo!) rom wins!

How to set alarm with MIUI rom?

AutoAppOrganizer? I installed it but not sure of how to use.

It categorize all my apps but I still need to launch the AutoAppOrganizer to look at them.

What does it do actually? Just help me categorize? The rest, I still have to arrange on the Home Screen myself, is it?

If I update my MIUI with J-Style from 11.05 to this new version. Would my English MIUI turn Chinese?

successfully installed the AuraxTSense_8.0 and 32.44.00.32U_5.09.05.30_2 radio just now..any other things i should do??

I'd recommend you to flash to 32.49 radio. It locks on to GPS much faster than 32.44.

this is why i give up on miui
you can try to organize manually by using folder.

I love MIUI more than Sense. Yes, it's messy but I can live with it. It's cool to search for things once in a while.
Sense, I see until sien already. It will be a while before I go back to Sense. The only reason that will make me move back sooner is the MIUI enhancement and support. If translation and etc is slow, then there isnt a point waiting but it's a fresh new look for now.

Either arrange it manually or as another bro suggest few pages back, dl the auto folder organizer app. Not sure the correct name of the app though.

Yea, I have the AutoAppOrganizer on Main Home Screen but widget of apps installed are still all over the place.
