Hey desire brothers. I'm using launcherpro and because of that, I need a good music widget to replace the good old htc music widget. What I'm looking for is a widget integrated with stock htc player. I don't want a new player because I like htc music app and that you can control music through lock screen. I currently using pure music widget but I find it ugly and outdated compare to htc's one. Anyone know any good nice one? Thanks guys !

how to copy over contact from nokia when i dun have pc suite and i dunno how to get the csv file from it...coz the backup file is in the arc...

Try winamp, it can control music through lock screen.

Do you have bluetooth? Try transfering to your com and then back to your Desire. That was what I did with my phone.

im planning to get htc desire soon.. but htc changes the screen to SLCD.. i have read bad reviews about SLCD compared to amoled screen. so how guys? i love htc.. i need your opinions =(

I have both the SLCD and AMOLED screens.
I don't see anything bad with the SLCD really, maybe it does eat a slight bit more battery (not that I've noticed)... but they're essentially almost neck and neck.

The SLCD does indeed look a little bit better out in the sun, but still pretty much unusable.
The AMOLED is as everyone knows, hopeless under the sun.

Otherwise though... I do notice the SLCD to not be as vibrant in colors, lower constrast but higher brightness.
However, the differences are so minimal... its hard to tell within the the SLCD and AMOLED screens really.

So don't worry, just go pick up your Desire.

have you compared the battery consumption between those two desire?
it is very good to have feedbacks from you as u are the user =)

HTC claims the SLCD has better battery performance... but really, I don't notice any difference at all.
But I do run different aps on both my Desires, so... emm..

I'll try to run them similarly and see.

see the backlight at upper right corner of the screen? have u noticed that? huhu im a astudent. rm2k is a lot for me. so i did some homeworks and research before buy the phone

Backlight bleeding is a very common issue for LCD panels.
So its nothing suprising to me, and yes I have that too but my bleeding is not as bad as his.
Not a problem.
