does anyone here paste screen protector in front of their x100 viewfinder???

Nope, but I keep getting finger spots there.

Seech, I have the same problem with my Hoya filter, I read somewhere that you just have to remove it.

Anyone with B+W XS-Pro and Hoya UV© can take a pic or tell us how much thinner the B+W is. I read that the B+W can fit the leather case nicely. With the Hoya, I can't close the case properly.

After using the Fuji X100 for close than a month now, I have to say, I have developed quite a bond with this camera. Can't go anywhere without bringing it with me.

I also like how discrete it is, never once did I feel like I'm scaring my subject or make them uncomfortable.

You guys can see some pictures taken with it from my blog. Most of the pictures are straight out of camera with no post-processing. The colour is amazing.

Got a link to your blog?

I agree with you. The X100 does take some getting used to. It's most definitely not a P&S camera. I love mine as well.....

Here it is seech http://palereddot.blogspot.com/

Just started blogging 3 days ago, so that's my first and only entry so far. But yeah it does take some time to get used to, especially if you are using the OVF. But I absolutely adore the camera, the complements I get from people helps too. The retro look really makes people go "wow, this picture is taken with THAT camera?

Ok, need to know, my filter is just like that Hoya in your picture. How thinner is the B+W compared to the Hoya?

Just go straight for B+W...
I bought the cheapo Hoya (S$15) first but letter changed to B+W (S$75).

Any strange green blobs when shooting straight at bright lights with the B+W? I posted an example above with my Hoya. If its the filter I may need to get a B+W.....

Yes, I got the SAB issue, used for slightly less than 3 weeks (shutter count around 4000). Serial number 12M. Went to Fujifilm Glenmarie, they gave me a new set, serial number 21M. So far so good. Though I have just taken around 1k pics.

Try changing the aperture and check out the blades. At F16 the hole should be tiny. Also, if your pictures are overexposed, then you may have the problem. My faulty camera was stuck at F2.
