That is Studio block unit, if it have no leaking then is a good buy.

but the unit in ED is not as small as you think, soho 1 or 2 is around 700-750sqf (and extendable to 9XX sf if you extend the upper parcel fully) , the small unit maybe is Studio unit which is 3XXsf.

wow, big risk for the tenants, during these period might have a lot of pipe burst , sewerage burst, leaking & other surprice issues...al lthe reno material might spoiled anytime....

and the CCC date still unknown, if dev unable to get the mall CCC in 2016, all the tenant sure rugi kau kau....

if MEH unable to launch their next project in coming 12 months , and sell it like before, they cant cover the earlier holes anymore. But their EMpire city mall & subang stil worth alot of $$.
