I will not buy their SOHO even if price drop to RM250K. The monthly maintenance alone is close to RM400 a month.

I don't know much about empire Subang, but when empire damansara was vp I went Kepoh around, when I walked towards entrance, and ask about the new place with the security, a local, he just keep babbling about how bad this developer is. Ask me to look elsewhere. He said if I buy, get ready for flood and rain above my head because of numerous issues with piping and stuff. I didn't even ask if it was good or bad. So yea, it's that bad. Also, MEH I heard had a huge land bank, damansara oerdana being one of them I think. But they fail to plan and develop it properly. I mean look at damansara perdana, it has so much potential, yet.... Then compare this with Mutiara damansara which is just a stone throw away.

Ninthekess, Subang empire overall I'd say a good job p, from the outside. Empire damansara, not so much, but I know a lot still buy it as it does have future value to unlock if the price is right at sub sale.

I think nor Salvador Dali got issues. Anyway for a project as big as EC, M&A is in the cards, so no worries one. Only worry now is holding power for at least, 2-3 years, without a chance to rent or stay. My humble 2 cents la. For those bought 5 units, God speed.

I am not sure of the logic behind paying for maintenance for a place you cannot 1) stay or safe to stay, let alone renovate 2) cannot rent out either 3) all common areas not even done up properly. Why not you start to service or pay for service/maintenance money for a car you collected but can never drive. coz well they are still assembling it at the factory? Don't be emotional ok, just pay the service charges la

wow, 2 wrongs don't make a right comes into play also in such scenario. I think bank loan is the main thing that buyer must deal with. As far as maintenance is concerned, dang it, even now a lot of condo dwellers and owners don't give a rat ass about their monthly maintenance payment lo., what more a place where corridor, main lobby and a host of amenities promise is not delivered. How we know it is not delivered... CCC lo ho. Walao no electricity and water also pay maintenance.

Added upon edit: So what next. All buyers must pay monthly electricity and also water bills.. oh wait, no electricity and water in my unit yet.. dont care. MUST.DO.THE.RIGHT.THING... must pay up!
