Look guys. There are good buy and bad buys. Blessed are the the development who have good and bad buys to balance the so called bad portfolio. For those lucky enough it is minus this plus that, but what about those who genuinely want this particular prop for own stay. Say after get married, and all. Now think, is it fair? Hahaha exactly. U know why, we as Malaysians are so used to abuses, we take it as normal loo. Like this how la to be progressive. If in USA, there will be class action civil suit already la. Come on la... Like this also can, I cannot imagine as a human being, we get abuse by friends and spouses, still we accept. Know your own worth, and know the limits.

Actually we can judge by their past record. Some developers are inept in handling a mall. As it requires a different set of discipline and know how. For example, don't hope this Dev like SIME DARBY, to develope commercial, and a
Malls in short term, they totally suck one. Residential, they are pretty good at it. Also study Tropicana Dev, also no good at handling mall tenants. Their strategy is build and hope some other Dev take over.

If a fella who posted that the loan and stuff can go thru despite above mentioned issues. It could be a risk worth taking. Maybe someone could calculate the risk, as in risk management down the road, and see how it may or may not fare. Should be quite interesting. Am learning. Tq
