Yeah... happened to me but albeit different.

Even I had the BT headset, sometimes SGT didn't enable the headset (hmm... i happened to me a couple of time, so it is a bit buggy) and I had to says "wait ar, wait ar !!" and quickly enable the BT headset (there is icon button to use the headset)

hmm...

1. Can download paid and free US based apps e.g. Paypal, Ebay, Skype, Hungry Shark, Audible.
2. Install Adfree, take the annoying Ads away from my favourite games.
3. I can install OpenVPN, to VPN back to office and use the SIPdroid to call office for free (sorry a bit techkie).

There are others, just couldn't remember them...

Aiyoh so mahfan. I remember I spent couple of hrs searchibg for skype and trying a few version. End up the marketplace version is better. Somemore you can update thru marketplace.

It is very fast. I think like less than 5 seconds.

Hmmm.. that is drawback of getting perfect fit car holder. If you upgrade your tablet, you have to retire the holder as well.
Why dun get from me. Mine is universal, can be used with IPAD as well or any other tablet which you may buy next time.
You can even used with silicon or rubber plastic with car holder, you don't need to take it out.

i see.... If you have a silicon or rubber case it will hold pretty well after you fasten catches. Anyway if you around puchong / bukit jalil after office hrs can come to show you.

The z4root can unroot but there may be risk of not able to upgrade later. If not comfortable don't do it.

Usually Maxis has priority because they can upfront commit to certain volume of devices which digi cannot.

What I did is setting watchdog to 90% from the subscribed data plan. I subscribed to 500mb. Anyway my usage is roughly about 40~50%. So far so good.

You need bluetooth headset and car holder bcos it is way too big for 1 hand use when driving.
Anyway the build in mic/loudspeaker is very good, most of the time i can talk sit back while the SGT on the holder during conversation.
You have to carry a waist bag or slingbag when going out.

Long press the home button, it will show the last few application used. Click on the icon will open it.

I downloads PDF magazine from piratebay. Science Illustrated, Discovery, National Geograhic, Popular Photography, Economist and etc... It is a bit hassle to read the magazine on SGT as you need to scroll/rotate/zoom but I wouldn't complain since the magazine is "free" . I got whole 2010 issues of those magazines in the SGT.

As for eNewpaper, the experience is the same as need to zoom and read. But too expensive to subscribe. I think it is USD0.99 per issue if using PressReader.
