if someone wanna own rope fish just be careful.. u might found ur fish in the filter. lol. sadly my ornate bichir died because he'd jumped out from tank~ what a lost.......

sorry for ur lost..have to be extra careful with them as they are escape artists and can jump very well..i lost one of me endlicheri too due to that..currently i looking for lapradei or ornate..anyone spot them for sale??

xian leng shah alam got baby ornate.,, lapradei i got from LFS somewhere at kl. dunno where bcos i'm lost when riding my motorbike in the middle of somewhere. lol. i think it's jln klang lama,, near highway. the seller sold that lapradei as endlicheri. which i think a steal! XD

this fish eat a lot. if i buy rm5 feeder fish, both of them can finish it less than 1 hour. But lucky they accepting pallet food so i just give them feeder fish twice a week.

My Gars won't eat anything that's dead. Well, the two Gars I raised since they were babies only take live fishes. I have another two which were given by owners who couldn't house them anymore - these two eat dead fishes. Currently all housed in a grow out pond with an Arapaima (used to be two, one died a couple weeks ago) along with three RTC who eat monster sinking pellets.

Have another two juvenile Arapaimas in a grow out tank before moving to the grow out pond mentioned above. Their final home yet to be decided since they're still babies.

They feed on 3-4" comets or similarly sized lampam depending on what's available. About 200 minimum feeders weekly. Anyway, this Gar was given up by its owner less than a week ago so I took him in. Sorry, I just use my mobile for photos.

Okay just bought a Spotted Gar and a red tailed catfish just two days ago. And then today(After gaji masuk ) bought somemore a bichir and a pair of tiger shovelnose fish.

My idea was to have exotic fishes in the tank? Or in other words uncommon/rare fishes la..

P.S: My tank is a 4 x 1.5 x 1.5 feet
