Hey guys need ur help.
My bleheri seems to be rubbing his body on the gravel/rocks. I suspect its white spots and im taking early precautions. Its just that theres some sort of white stuff on its upper side of its body, its not white spot, and i dont think its a cut/bruise since they're famous for jumping. Hehe. Please help? QUOTE(beawolf64 @ May 28 2012, 08:40 AM) aimank ...my bleheri starting to recover.....the effection area already clear..but still in recovering procces....i used yellow powder and ketapang.... Nice to hear urs doing well! QUOTE(LuQEE @ May 28 2012, 01:51 PM) today went to lfs just for fun, If u wanna get two, get a pair str8 away from the LFS. What I did was initially i bought one, then after thinking of wanting another one, i bought another at a different LFS. When I mix both of them together, the first bleheri beat the sh*t out of the new one i got. It died the day after. Then my first bleheri died of infection. Sad sad sad saw those bleheri, really tempted to buy a pair of those but decided i should wait till im ready do bleheri prefer to live solo or with a fren or two? afraid a pair will later fight with each other. noticed some of those colouration are a bit faded, especially thier blue colour. only those small bleheri ones are nicer. comments? Which LFS did u go to anyway? Id recommend get one from this guy at FB. Got mine from him, very nice color! Just that I couldnt take care of it properly. Hehe Btw setup ur tank with a lot of hiding places, they love em! Added on May 28, 2012, 2:48 pm QUOTE(kasturipurba @ May 27 2012, 05:23 PM) U mean get a new one? Hehehe. QUOTE(LuQEE @ May 28 2012, 04:28 PM) nope, you'll get there after your transport is covered in dirt/mud/sludge or all of them together. Owh! Its some sort of a factory right? Damn big place! opps, name is Aquatic International MAP If im not mistaken, the FB link i gave earlier they take from there. Coz whatever videos/pics they take sort of familiarly resembles the tanks from Aquatics International. BUT, after asking from both sides, the guy(named Jeff) and from Aquatics International, the guy from FB gave cheaper. Btw, this guy just added me at FB. Seems he sells rare fishes. Got sturgeons, spoonbills, polyps.. Arare Fish This post has been edited by aimank_88: May 28 2012, 04:42 PM |

QUOTE(beer8bottles @ May 28 2012, 11:30 PM) I plan to put in one huge driftwood too, so the little prey fishes can hide. Hey i got a huge driftwood not using.. Just the cheap ones they sell at LFS. U can have it if u want, instead of me keeping it in the house doing nothing. My mom bought it thinking it'd be a nice addition to the tank. But it cant even go in my 4ft. QUOTE I present to you, the tank: Wow nice! How much did u get it for? Can imagine the weight. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « QUOTE(beer8bottles @ May 29 2012, 11:49 PM) Hey, thank you so much for the offer. Pic as below.Ladies and gentlemen, The base is around 2ft in length but in total measure it spreads around 2.5-3ft i guess. It can be in my 4ft tank, just that i cant put it in due to the two piece of glass located at the top of the tank, holding the front and rear wall. And plus, I think itll be too cramped. An 8 footer will be just nice. Hehe Attached thumbnail(s) |

QUOTE(beer8bottles @ May 30 2012, 09:42 AM) And when can I collect the driftwood? Where is you location? Anytime. My house is at Kota Dsara. But frequent to Equine park as well. So whichever nearest between those two is fine with me. Haha.I feel like I need to give you something in return. Do you want aquarium gravel? I have a bag of black/grey gravel, about 0.5cm in diameter. I'll post pictures later. Black gravel? |

QUOTE(beer8bottles @ Jun 3 2012, 09:26 PM) I usually feed mine feeder catfish. They are about 6 inches long and I only feed my aba aba once a week. Seluangs and baby carps are more like snacks. Feeder shrimp are like chips. Hey hows the driftwood? HehePS: There is an LFS in Puchong Perdana (in front of Hero Supermarket) that sells good feeder catfish (4-5 inches long) for only RM 0. 50 each. So far, it's the cheapest price around Puchong or PJ that I know. I'll remember to write down the name of the shop the next time I go there. |
