I'm glad the phone is not metallic. The matte black is really a nice feel, the soft rubber-like cover behind its back is one of the thing I like the most, and I bought a cover just to protect it

Not rubber, it got this nice soft touch, not plasticky and not 'rubbery', but somewhere in between.

I don't think LG will be bringing in other colors than black and red. I too, wanted a blue P500, but to no avail.

No. What I meant was the distributor only brought in black, but Celcom somehow brought in the red color as well to be made as CNY special edition.

The red color was supposed to be CNY special edition by Celcom under its plan. The phone itself is nothing different than any other O1.

lg optimus one is the best low end android phone out there ..

1) not locked bootloader / easy to root
2) OC to 800mhz with stable condition
3) 512mb ram
4) adreno 200 GPU (same as nexus one GPU)

y this phone can run stable on 800mhz clock ??

u need to root your phone 1st .. do a rooting u will lose your phone warranty
