and pc can't detect phone

i already cut the lg pc suiteIV from my sd card,and install it
then run it,but the lg pc suite can't detect phone was connected
already try reboot pc & phone,connect to pc via usb cable
what problem ?

another question,how to put song into my sd card ?
already try the method which at pinned website
and i just found sdcard > media > notification
is it just put the song inside the media file/outside the notification file ?
1more things,how to make my song as mp3/alarm/notification ??

i click it = nothings pop out
then i try use the lg pc suite,result also same it can't detect my phone was connected
but when i try go control panel uninstall it,i saw bluetooth,lg pc usite and lg united mobile driver in the list

1st time open it,it say my phone was no update
then later i open again,got new update
so i click it,and it say no support for this device =_=

just now i wan use my sis phone to send song to my phone
but bfore send song,i was already add her phone in my pair device,n my sis phone oso add mine phone(few days ago)
at few days ago,after i use my sis send thing to me,den i use my sis phone delete my phone from paired device
den jus now i try connect wid my sis phone,can't connect
den i try add my phone in my sis phone paired ddvice
after add,i try use my phone connect wif my sis phone agn,cant oso
but im able to use my sis phone to connect n send thing to my phone
but y i cant use my phone connect my sis phone 1st den use sis phone send thing to me?
