Hahaha I am not complaining :-p
Anyway I manage to take some close up pics of Solinco Tour Bite on my K6.1 tour, looks greyish and square and THICK.....please compare it to Signum Pro Poly Plasma(Orange in color) 17G on another K6.1tour, and Signum Pro Tornado 17G on my Dunlop 400I.

I really like the Signum Pro Poly Plasma this is my go to string at the moment, if the honeymoon last forever heheheh, see after 2 weeks, see tension got drop and by how much.

Solinco Tour bite will have extensive workout this weekend IF weather is good!
Any questions please feel free to ask.

Daang told me he wants to be a champion of CTO4

As for me, will try my very very best just to better my CTO3 result so im aiming semi in CTO4, hopefully can get few walkover hehehe

Kev? whats your aim?

TK? whats your aim?

CK? whats your aim?

1st thing 1st is to get pass the 1 match.... i lost the 1st 2 matches in cto 3..... then same like Kev is to qualify for main draw. Aft tht just wanna play my usual tennis n not to let nerv control my tennis..... always nervous in tourny...

but overall i m quite happy with performance in cto3. I believe i serve well (the 1st key factor i judge my tennis level), fh again ok only (vs daang and yasir not strong enough), bh (slice a lot, no confi to drive, just wanna play safe), volley enough to cari makan (only daang passed me well), return serve n footwork (million miles to improve), fitness (ok i believe cox i swallow tons of bananas n water then shower), play under hotsun (for some reason i like it).....

happy but not satisfied ... many rooms to improve.... and i think to stay in competitive tennis be it on tour or local league... 2bh will be the trend for the next 10 yrs....

any tips or ur views to keep me improve??? Pls tunjuk ajar.....

i'm thinking to get the 18x20 too....but need to think 1st
just need opinion
*
i m using 18x20 blx
pro: very good ball feel, control seriously i dont know any diff vs other string bed..
cons: less spin friendly, so try to use string 17g and above.... but if u r hard hitter will snap easily.... and 17g is easy to find, above tht quite hard to get locally.

currently i'm using 16x18 blx
thinking to get youtek 18x20
i hope i dont waste my hard earn money though
*
then make sure u hit with 18x20 1st.... if u r tour follower, then 16x19 has became more popular.... 18x20 is loosing their fade..... but also needa consider the head size as well...

i believe every player must has an idol.... for me all SBH edberg, sampras, fed....... CK is nalby, so 2bh....

yes, there r also some players dont follow idol....

but with today power games, 2bh is the trend.... furthermore 2bh is easy to teach, learn and master. More consistent, more powerful...

Going by facts and stats, its proven... like it or not, that double-handed backhand is better these days.
Of course, the statement "to each its own" still stands though.

I'm always a fan of the single-handed backhand.
Hitting a shb winner down the line and then turning your back against your opponent is just bloody awesome, the feeling. tongue.gif

this is the hardest shop in tennis!!!

I once said that to a friend and he replied: still dbh player have not hold the record of being number one for the longest time....sampras is still holding it, federer is very close both are SBH......maybe nadal will have  a chance to be the DBH to stay on top for the longest time, lets see and wait.....so its not proven yet:)

that might be true on tour level. For social level, whats ur thought?

in the next 5 yrs. I believe there will b no sbh in top10 or maybe even top 20. All newcomers r dbh, only the promising dimirtrov is sbh but he is out of top 100, just starts winning challenger end of this yr. 3 consecutively.

New up coming players: Isner, Gulbis, De baker, Monfils, Tsonga, Berdych, Soderling, Verdasco, Querrey, Simon all solid ground stroke, dbh.... but all one common weak point: poor volley except tsonga. To be title contender, u need volley. Look at Nadal n djoko. They r good baseliners with volley, high chance in any tourny. Perhaps some1 shud tell this to murray.

Consider asian weaker physical condition vs ang mo. when player ang mo, i still believe dbh stand a better chance...
