This unit has a large amount of outstanding, including the fees of demand letters, legal fees, outstanding water bill. Even the bank reimburse the maintenance and sinking fund, the amount needs to fork out is not small. Water is 36 a month and it has not been paid for one year+.

What do you think? Fair price for pool view?

OMG.. i was the other bidder that day. lucky i put my limit to 230k.. looking for good subsale unit now. any have any suggestion?
