Comparing this development with the soon to be launched SkyPark by MCT, which has greater potential in terms of cap appreciation or rental play or Cyber will be oversupplied after 2013?

QUOTE(techhunter @ Aug 3 2012, 01:30 AM) Mcdonald never discuss about renting in SS Burger King has opened in Cyber. Everyday during lunch hour, the queue is till outside the door. Well, there's only has 1 counter opened but still, u need to wait for empty table/seats during lunch hours. Many have to take away.Added on August 3, 2012, 1:32 amIs Jaya grocery. Not Tesco. I don't understand why McD is losing out on this |

QUOTE(malaysiaboyboleh @ Dec 28 2012, 03:57 PM) They are first time developers. I am sure its a steep learning curve for them as well. Quite agreed. From the company registrar search you can see that the family used to be involved with a company that sells jeans. Everybody fancies themselves as a developer nowadays. They buy the land get a loan and then get you guys(the buyers) to service it by purchasing property. I hope it goes well for both the purchasers and the developers. Malls are tricky in Malaysia, people like a travel. Or they don't mind traveling to a particular mall. That's why the KL, Subang and Sunway malls are always packed. Cyberjaya will have to be something practical for the locals. No one is going to travel all the way there. Billy |

QUOTE(knowlittlebit @ Jul 20 2014, 10:24 PM) As per S&P, the LAD calculation is as follows... Can use that $$$ to buy some appliances / furnitures Assume RM300,000 as the purchase price. 1) apartment unit 10% x RM300,000 x no. of days delay / 365 AND 2)common area 10% x 20% x RM300,000 x no. of days delay / 365 If no. of days = 73 days 1)+2) = RM6,000 + RM1,200 = RM7,200 |

QUOTE(ftan @ Oct 31 2014, 02:09 PM) I just went to DPulze. Not many shops open. Sushi Zanmai had a long queue. Chicken Rice Shop also quite full; partly due to the affordable pricing of the set lunch. Jaya Grocer set up a small area selling drinks, fruits, cookies, etc. The basement car park is dusty with some puddles of water. Escalator not working yet. Agreed.I felt that they were just rushing to open without ensuring the basics are set up properly. Maybe didn't want to delay anymore? Anyway, it is a risk if someone gets hurt with all the on going work. There were quite a lot of people visited and lunched there. Don't think I'll go there until more shops are open and things are cleaned/cleared up. |

QUOTE(hasec @ Oct 30 2014, 11:29 PM) I am not a pork eater. and in fact i dislike it. However i dislike even more when people indirectly put up a racist remark and sarcasm like that. We are in living in 21st century and we are in living Cyberjaya, i expect more matured thinking and developed mentality from people living in cyberjaya who know how to respect other people culture and preference. Very well said! Don't use pork as a way to stoke up a racism situation just because you are not into pork. Similarly others people never come up with sensitive racist comments to put you down on the things under your religion/food/other stuff. Please be matured and have open mind..instead of making comments, learn how to respect and accept people' preference..you are no longer living in the cave and in the 1900(s). |

Went there but didn't really like the overall environment, maybe the place is still not fully completed yet. The ceiling is pretty low in my opinion and parking floor is bit narrow too. Agreed that Jaya Grocer is not bad and lots of people there even during Friday night.
