Yup, the first day buyers got the most discount. Atleast 10%-15% lower than the price indicated in this forum.

How much u reckon will be rate for the 527 sf unit n what is the net profit %?

The room rate is reasonable which is wat developer told buyers.

I guess ppls who invested in this are looking for long term rental play, not short term flip, coz owner must sell back to developer (if developer agree to buy back).
