Mine is stock 16GB Class 2 from T-Mobile. What Android are you planning to run, SD or NAND? And is your HD2 Leo512 or Leo1024?

There's no way it takes one hour to boot. Way no way. Did Dandiest mention that you need to place haret and clrcad in the root? I dont think so. You followed a general guide I presumed (based on you said its sense) and that guide is kinda outdated.

When you extracted the zip file, is haret in the "Desire_DL" folder? If so, just leave it there. Place the whole "Desire_DL" folder in the root, probably including haret if its inside originally, then boot! Good luck!

No I dont think so. You will probably need it again when you want to install update.zip through clockwork.

I am using DHD from Rafdroid, fine with no problem =) Even battery wasnt a big noticeable issue!

Added on February 9, 2011, 8:04 pmAnyone using Rafdroid HD v3.0? Anyone using it with ext3? Need feedback whether after-install-lag still persist! I am running low on my NAND space T_T

can any one showed me where to get guideline for HD2 running android on SD card only without format/HSPL the phone?
*
I don't think that is possible. You DO need HSPL to run Android, be it SD or NAND. You can take a gamble not to format though.

is dandiest a new build or? haven been following xda n this thread for a long long time.. i m still at mdeejay series :S
*
What do you mean a new build? Its been running for quite sometimes already, feature HD version and Z version, Z version being is priority support.

Been using Rafdroid HD for awhile and starting to get bored with the slow speed again.. I am thinking of Gingerbread-ing again!

eNCore, remind me again what is so nice of Sense? Because per daily use I am finding less and less purpose of using Sense! I do want to have FB picture sync to Gingerbread, not sure if it is workable though..

Its because I am bored with the speed la mainly.. the responsiveness of pulling down the drawer and etc..

BTW, how much does Dandiest Z differ with Rafdroid HD? Or anyone tested Dandiest HD? Just for itchiness purpose, might want to try Dandiest Z tonight for its rotatable homescreen. LOL. What about LED notification of Dandiest Z?

Dandiest HD faster than Rafdroid HD?

And Dandiest HD compare to Z which one better?

Edit: I am running EXT3 on Rafdroid though. 500MB space really isnt enough for my games and apps!

Dandiest speed is a little snappier than others, animation clock flip has smooth animation, smooth animation transition & scrolling. The only issue with Dandiest build was bugs likes in DL-Z 4.2 has sync error and, DL-HD 1.3s has USB transfer issue. Desire Z rom still faster than Desire HD but u should try both  smile.gif

Getting rom in full nand is a lot better than running EXT3 / EXT4. Iv evaluating and test myself, using EXT3/EXT4 will gain higher mark but lag and delay with DHD base rom. No matter higher class SDHC, full nand is alot better.
*
I was running on NAND, fully satisfied with it until I realise space are running out, and hence I went to test Rafdroid v3 which he claims to have install-lag improved, and true, it is improved significantly!

Then again, I guess I will give D-Z a try tonight to play with its rotatable launcher. v3.5 then!

What does HD have that Z doesnt have? Or either way round? I am guessing they are both the same right..

p/s: I never give a friggin damn with the Quadrant score as long as I am satisfied with the build and comfortable with it!

Alright. Gonna give DZ v3.4 a try now then. Any additional fix to apply? What what init4.1 or init4.2?

How to go full NAND? by removing everything from the config? It is very confusing.. He might be a good dev, but he got a horrible sense of tidying and organizing things up.. LOL

Anyway, flashing right now!

Using it my way I am running on NAND without EXT now. Anyway, LED me know, I have tried it before and it seems to consume quite a lot of battery when its blinking.. up to 100+mA if I am not wrong. What is your feedback from it?

Oh? What patch you applied for 1.3s?

But anyway, I am wondering how to mod so that the HD sense can rotate like Z. Any idea other than using Z?
