HD2 for Android is for users who want some challenge. If you can spend more money than go for dedicate Android devices it for better stabilty.

HD2 capable Android alike HTC devices like Evo 4G and somehow Desire HD due monstrous screen size. Internal Snapdragon processor is no much different at all. Battery usage is reasonble good and near to winmo daily usage.

Although Winmo development quite shrinking, they what I need. But thx to XDAgeeks which allow us to getting use with android. Development is very hot compare to common some Android devices itself.

We Have Nexus and Evo base rom which has fully function. Im now using MDJ EVo Sense v. 2.3 rEVOlution, almost perfect to original 4G

Recent Sense rom is stable, and some of them has nice smooth fluid animation like a real android devices.
Incase youre displease with HD2 android performance, just sell it back coz it has more value than other winmo phones,

Recent kernel hastarin r8 is unclockable, this also disable making setcpu profile ..which I feel doubtful on battery consume on this kernel,

anyone else use this kernel ?

If youre using Desire HD and Z rom you can trace the phone with HTC hub via htcsense.com, visible with google maps.

if u prerably using Android than winmo platform, I suggest go for a dedicate Android devices like Desire,
but choose between HTC Desire & HD2, I'll pickup HD2 because I still want to use Winmo,

Your winmo rom is intact, the Android not touching the main system, its only stay in your memory card.

have u latest official rom ? someone in XDA able to running android without HSPL & custom roms,

search for HD2 sdcard flashing method,
its a safe way, incase you worried bricking

well I put my reason why I pick HD2 over Desire

Desire small screen screen than HD2, HD2 running Android on par performance with Evo 4G, HD2 has the same screen dimension like Desire HD, same TFT and battery capacity, One thing I dont like Desire HD, it has awkward battery latch, the memory & sim cover has GAP when closing it

and the most critical one
HD2 is lot cheaper than Evo 4G, Desire & Desire HD,

Have u try download android 1st, I recommend mdj evo revoution r2.3, if not work, try others ,

Skip it, just try copy & run it 1st, try couple time with other built, incase youve the latest official radio u might able to run it

if the android not running there its necessary to change to other cook rom (which require hspl for rom upgrading)

However Network & Phone finder must be enabled (wifi & should be in mobile data), spot the gps icon ? its retrieve from htcsense.com
