oh. I seen the router signal very strong because i staying 3rd floor when going down i still can detect the wifi but a bit low signal la.

That means we need change their default setting to get better signal? Do you have any better setting to shared here?

If change router then voip can use too? I have another router too (Belkin) but don't know how to connect it because last time i have try before. After that no connection at all. Pai Seh la. biggrin.gif

i have check the signal full ler. Even through i go down stair also can detect it but signal low a bit.
Someone have use unifi signal low than mine.

For those have problem with speed try call CS to change public IP. Before request i told them try P2P to check speed. Don't worry about P2P as their technican department told me they didn't blocked any P2P IF yours apply Maxis Home. Last time i also have this problem. You can check previous comments that i have post before. Now everyday my speed can reach 1.1mb/s but depend time also.

When someone have connect your wifi without your permission, you can go to Thomson IP address then check who have connect your wifi before. If got you can delete it.

Just inform them you have call twice then your problem can't solve also. Then told them pass call to technician department. After that technician department will make a report & give you report number. Next time you just tell CS your report number only. Anythings you want to solve better direct to technician department.

I already check monthly data usage nothing there. Then normally i call using my mobile phone 123.
